A top award winning agency in Dubai is seeking an experienced an experienced Performance Specialist to lead the planning, setup, optimisation and reporting for the agency’s e-commerce/direct-response campaigns, focusing primarily on SEM and Paid Social.
Strong background in managing high volume paid search and social campaigns with a focus on driving business performance
Excellent Excel skills and a passion for numbers led analysis – with the ability to turn the data into actions
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Power Editor, Google DCM
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines
Liaising with client/account management team to understand campaign brief, including audience and performance goals
Recommending campaign approach, including researched rationale and best-practice suggestions
Creating media plan detailing formats, ad set structures, audience targeting techniques, keyword lists etc
Supporting account management and creative team with spec sheets/briefs to create assets that best complement that plan
Implementing approved media plans including ad setup, audience list updates, pixel tracking, site tagging etc
Regular analysis and optimisation of campaign to ensure KPIs are met
Sharing campaign performance insights/discoveries/trends with client and wider agency team
Delivering weekly/monthly reports detailing campaign performance
Working with media owners to trouble shoot issues, stay updated on new solutions/products and oversee account reviews
Internal tracking/reporting to the agency for all media budgets within your remit
