We are urgently looking for ADMIN ASSISTANT/ PERSONAL ASSISTANT to provide high end in-house administrative tasks as a domestic PA will work in a domestic environment, providing admin support tasks to a couple, individual or a family.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Manage day to day administrative tasks as requested and directed by the employer
– Manage all related travel logistics’ like airlines booking, hotel reservation, limo services
– Occasional support in various events preparations
– Filling, e-mailing, bookkeeping
– Manage and support facilitating purchases request on actual or online
-Filipino, Female candidate
– Bachelor degree
– Administrative skills like organizing, prioritizing
– Excellent knowledge of MS office, outlook, Office and the latest IT trends applications
– Presentable, Mature with a confident personality
– Organized, good communicator and can work well under pressure
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Fluent in English
– Fully available and committed
– Willing to travel in-side and outside U.A.E.
