1. Providing Executive Assistance to the Managing Director, Middle East. The main tasks being:
Management of MD’s email, calendar and appointments
Preparation of agendas and materials for Leadership Meetings and Board Meetings
Attending Leadership Meetings and Board Meetings for minute taking
Co-ordination and preparation of MD’s Quarterly Roadshows
Co-ordinating travel arrangements (booking of flights, hotels etc.)
Preparing reimbursement of expenses
2. Marketing and Communications for Ramboll Middle East Responsible for the production and management of marketing materials
Project data sheets
Regional capability statements
Regional power point presentations
Responsible for the ongoing communications being:
Internal communications including newsflash and postings on intranet, company campaigns, screensavers, etc.
External communications for mail shots, media database, magazine, season’s greetings, etc.
Managing external award participation
Liaison with Group Marketing – communications , templates and brand guidelines
Liaison with media
RME intranet maintenance
RME website maintenance
