Guides and supports the implementation of the Food Safety & Quality Management in collaboration with the Supply Chain team and all other cross function teams across Tablez Food Company.
Assist the Central Kitchen and distributions to maintain a high hygiene standard and practices at all times.
Establishes and reviews all quality control checks in the storage, Production and distributions of Finished Goods.
Responsible to validate and verify that all quality checks are properly executed.
Ensures that all best practices, standard routines and compliance are adhered to by close monitoring of requirements and advising on the corrective action to be taken in case of deviations.
Establishes in collaborations with the line Manager, the training need for QAs and cross function staff, on topics such as Importance of Food safety, pest control, quality checks, hygiene training etc.
Able to anticipate, trouble-shoot and resolve quality deviations in collaboration with the suppliers, Operations and the Line Manager.
Designs the training material and conducts the training sessions for Food handlers and other functions across Tablez Food Company.
Continuously seeks opportunities on cost savings without impacting quality of products.
Continuously reviews the Food Safety and Quality system in collaboration with the line manager to improve food safety and competitive quality.

Quantification & Competencies:
Graduation in Food Technology / Dairy Technology / Biotechnology / Microbiology or any other equivalent/recognized qualification from the recognized Universities.
Good technical knowledge (on processing, laboratory methods, food science, food regulations, statistics and leadership and people management skills.
Level 3 or 4 Food Hygiene Training (preferred)
Level 3 HACCP Training (preferred)
Minimum 2-4 years working experience in the field of Food safety and Quality.
