A medium sized family run business requires a smart Executive Secretary to provide administrative support to the CEO’s office at Business Bay, Dubai. Duties include general office management, clerical and receptionist job responsibilities.
– Provide administrative support to the CEO
– Answer and screen phone calls and manage the office mails
– Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and events, including registration and travel arrangements as necessary
– Prepare / transcribe drafts, proofread and revise correspondence, memos, flyers,agendas, minutes, resolutions and policies
– Create / transcribe meeting agenda and prepare minutes of meeting
– Assist with task/ project monitoring and budget tracking.
– Assist in meeting preparation, venue set-up and arrangements
– Greet, and meet customers / clients visiting the office and provide support in resolution of their requirements.
– Supervise support staff
– Carry out all related duties as assigned
Qualification & Skills:
– Graduate or high school diploma with atleast 2 years of experience
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
– Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
