We are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join the EAS – Catering team at manager level. As Executive Sous-Chef , you will add immediate value by Managing kitchen operations in coordination with Executive Chef to ensure delivery of high quality meals according to requirements and hygiene and quality standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Policies and procedures
Follow all relevant policies, processes and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Day-to-Day Operations
Implement the day-to-day standard operations assigned to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures. Refer to supervisor for complex tasks which may require exceptions to procedures
Safety, Quality & Environment
Comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement culinary processes according to Executive Chef guidelines to ensure efficiency maximization and alignment with standards
Monitor meals production under own area of responsibility to ensure alignment with requirements and provide high quality service to guests.
Implement health and quality standards under own area of responsibility to ensure regulations implementation during food production operations
Approve work shifts to ensure staff availability and efficiency maximization while respecting internal policies and available budget
Liaise with Executive Chef to optimize operations and improve overall performance
Coach, guide and provide informal / formal feedback to the staff to support skills development and improve service

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Diploma (2 years or more).
Minimum of 3 years of work experience within relevant field.
