We are looking for an experienced Administrative assistant on urgent basis for an established real estate firm.
Managing day-to-day operations of the office
Preparing spreadsheets, reports, presentations, etc
Screen/direct telephone calls and respond to email requests/inquiries.
Manage Pantry and stationery supplies (ordering and maintaining stock reports)
Typing of official letters, memos, Minutes of the meeting, etc
Preparing of invoices and receipts and maintaining proper logs for the same
Handling of Petty cash
Ensure that filing database (shared drives, hard and soft copies) is up to date.
Assist agents in preparing tenancy contracts, MOUS, letters, etc
Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Minimum of 2+ years experience in real estate company in Dubai as an Administrator
Innovative and independent thinker
Proficient in MS office (outlook, word and excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi task
Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
Proficiency with Photoshop is an a strong advantage
