Female Admin and Sale Manager required for our office in Abu Dhabi! REQUIRED TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY (1/04/2018)
Duties of the Admin and Sale Manager:
Responsible for all admin related activities linked to the products,
Coordinating with suppliers, clients, and Gov entities in order to prepare all required formalities for the launch of the product( registration, lab analysis, etc).
Co-ordinating marketing and sales activities.
Meeting potential clients in order to present the products in order to sign a deal
Preparing a marketing / sale plan,
Making market research,
Bringing new products,
Creation and publication of all marketing material for the products,
Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing,
Travel with the MD if required (just from time to time),
Requirements of the role:
Bachelor degree in marketing /business management, or 2 years of experience
Local experience in admin and sales,
Good knowledge of MS Office tools ( Worls, PPT, Excel, )
Confident and dynamic personality.
Strong creative outlook.
Excellent communication skills (English is a must, Any additional language is a plus),
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Working 8AM – 5PM, 5 days a week, Salary negotiable, depending on your skills,
