KidsOBaby.com is looking for an Arabic Speaking Customer Service Executive (Female) for its E-commerce Business Startup.
This Full-Time position is responsible for assisting customers of the KidsOBaby via telephone, email and online chat. The E-Commerce Customer Service Representative aids customers with product information, places orders and pending order inquiries, complaints while also performing daily operations of the department and various other projects.
Required Knowledge, Experience and Skills :
Must speak Arabic & English fluently (please do not apply if you can’t speak Arabic)
2 years in Customer Service Position
Good communication and PC skills.
Must be a good-listener, patient and calm in handling customer’s attitude / demands.
Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
Demonstrate above average organizational skills to effectively handle multiple priorities with short deadlines.
Degree from any recognized university.
