Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares and submits reports, as required by the General Manager
Provide general administrative support to the sales team and responsible of all the sales team filing system.
Responsible in answering phone calls, emails and inquiries
Responsible for filing, documenting and updating database
Updating property leads in all portals such as dubizzle, bayut and other websites
Preparing tenancy contract for agents when required
Making sure the reception is never left unattended and make sure there is someone to attend the calls at all times.
Other IMPORTANT information:
Candidate should be available and can join immediately
Should be well versed with MS Office, such as word, excel & power point
Should have excellent English communication skills (both written & oral)
Will be under company sponsorship
Company will provide medical insurance
