This six-month internship programme is established for the purpose/s of executing tasks related to Finance and Admin department.
To assist in Long Term Forecast (LTF) phasing in Allevo and myPlanning
To review and analyze the Cost Center and WBS reports and transactions
To assist in prior year’s provision’s manual utilization and reconciliation
To maintain the Finance database for cost centers, WBS, chart of accounts and employee list of GulfIP and SSA Operating Units
Tracking the Sales Discounts, O2C DNs
During Year-end closing, to review and validate the planned activities, accruals/provisions data and supporting documents (i.e. DNs, POs) submitted by the business. Summarize data for provision.
To assist in preparing the Outlook and Year-end closing, reports and analyses
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics
Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Fluency in English, spoken and written
