An internationally acclaimed golf and leisure club in Dubai is looking for a front office executive.

Key Responsibilities

Dubai Golf aims to deliver experiences in which every Member and Guest feels cared for, valued, and respected. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain personality, excellent grooming standards, flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations, and values that follow.

Your responsibilities will extend to maintain, that entire first and last impression to all who walks through the front door with a highly coordinated team effect.

Assists in supervising the Reception Colleagues ensuring that they are prepared and well-informed to deliver our members and guests an exceptional experience.

Evaluate levels of member / guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Monitor the appearance, appropriate standards of conduct, dress code, and posture of the Front of house colleagues with an emphasis on training and personal grooming standards.

Assist in all potential and existing members and guests with their queries and information about the club and conduct show rounds of the property for visitors.

To ensure the Reception Colleagues have current knowledge of Golf products, membership rates, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area, and are continuously trained to learn and understand policies and best practices.

To be aware of the day-to-day activities, functions, promotions and entertainment that is happening around the club with effective coordination with different departments.


To have knowledge in basic first aid, and Fire safety standards with a clear idea of Club’s fire extinguishers locations and emergency exits.

Ability to set departmental objectives, work schedules, revise standard operating procedures where required.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Previous hospitality experience of 2 years at minimum is a must.

Ability to communicate in Arabic language is an added advantage.
