Fast growing real estate company looking for receptionist cum front office manager with minimum 2 year real estate experience.

A growing Real Estate Brokerage dealing successfully with dubai properties is looking for a professional receptionist cum front office manager to deal with Dubaï real estate market. We are looking for extremely knowledgeable lady to be part of our TEAM.We are hiring candidate who are able to: – Listen and understand client needs,- Maintain regular contact with clients (owners, buyers, tenants and developers)- Create business to find buildings, projects, developments, apartments, and villas which are for sale and lease- Actively search for clients and leads- Update CRM on a daily basis with all the Leads and Listings-Follow-up with the agents listings & deals and ensure any sales closed and all business activities and documents comply with RERA laws and practices. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Dubai Real Estate Market * High motivation * Excellent time management and organization skills * Clear and effective communication with clients

Responsibilities and Duties

– handle the reception area, answer and transfer calls, take messages

– greet guests and offer refreshment

– refreshing of property advertisements

– uploading and creating ads

– preparing Form F and other real estate documents

– manage inventory of office and pantry supplies

– other admin duties

Requirements:

– Female only

– Previous real estate experience is mandatory

– can start immediately

– good communication skills – written and oral

– presentable, smart, confident

– able to manage multiple tasks

– fast-learner, can easily adapt to a changing environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,000.00 to AED2,500.00 /month
