Job Role :
The person in this position is required to coordinate on the alignment of the Business and the Technical team on demands related to Digital Technologies. He/She will be working closely with the Business or in some cases with the BSMs (Business Service Managers) of an LOB (Line Of Business), in requirement gathering, solution proposals, implementation, and delivery.
The jobholder is required to perform effective coordination between customers and IT teams for Demands (Projects and RFCs) related to Digital Technologies.
Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Minimum Degree in IT or related fields
Minimum Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT Projects or Change Management coordination.
Job-Specific Skills: Good communication and Interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and under pressure, general knowledge on Digital Technologies.
