Responsible for payment, book-keeping, and providing office administrative support.
Prepare Monthly cash flow reports and forecast.
Prepare B/S schedules, bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.
Other ad hoc duties assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma / degree holder in Accountancy.
At least 3 years of working experience.
Well versed in MS Excel Office including Excel, Word, and Power Point; experience in using SAP/Oracle/Quickbooks is a definite advantage.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude, self-motivated, detail oriented, well organized, independent and able to meet tight deadline.
Have previous experience with trading companies preferably.
Good command of both English.
