Glisser Brand Managers (GBMs) are leading the charge in one of most innovative and entrepreneurial student brand ambassador programs in the world.

Our GBMs are passionate about changing the global student learning experience, and they showcase it by developing innovative programs and events to encourage this. The goals of the Glisser Brand Manager program is to reach new students, faculty and staff, to increase sales, and to manage the Glisser brand on a collegiate level.

GBM’s Responsibilities

Campus Mission

Represent Glisser on campus by spreading the Glisser mission of empowering and engaging students all over the world in a better learning experience.
Spot trends and identify opportunities to integrate the brand by conducting campus research.
Establish and maintain relationships while encouraging key university bodies and individuals to use Glisser on campus to make lectures and events better.
Ensure a positive and credible Glisser brand image is delivered amongst the student community by continually activating creative, innovative, and daring initiatives (on and offline, including social media).
Drive the entrepreneurial, innovative, and creative implementation of Glisser’s marketing programs on campus.
Create, maintain, and grow a strong brand on campus.
Contribute to the infusion of Glisser into the local campus culture.
Product and Brand Support

Maintain a dynamic mix of projects, activities, and event involvement while keeping social and digital media at the heart of all activites
Drive users through key examples of need and develop new usage situations for Glisser by demonstrating the efficacy of the product.
Continually seek opportunities to develop Glisser’s brand profile, image, and credibility on and around campus within campus and with an entrepreneurial approach.
Sales Support

Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing plans to meet the needs of students, staff, and faculty on campus.
Collaborate with other local campus sales to maximize sales within the local higher EDU ecosystem.
Management and Administration

Develop a team of GBAs (Glisser Brand Ambassadors) to assist in your GBM mission.
Complete the communication and reporting tasks associated with the GBM role in a timely manner and with accuracy.
Achieve set goals and meet all deadlines.

Passion about student engagement and empowerment
In good standing in school
Social Expert – have the ability to work with a variety of groups and organizations
Campus expert on behind the scenes activities (events, clubs, parties, etc.)
Knowledgeable about hot spots on and around campus
Charismatic and have an outgoing personality
