The Xmas Designers & The Floral Designers is specialized in creating interactive and decorative all-in concepts for mostly Hotels, Shopping Malls, Casino’s and intermediary like event companies, production companies and event sites.

We Need
To strengthen our Sales Team; we are looking for an ambitious, passionate and experienced Sales Manager. A Sales manager that can lead our Global Sales and actively support and manage all assigned sales departments in across the world. The Xmas Designers and The Floral Designers are both global brands and are established in the Asia, Africa, Europe and North America region with headquarters in Shanghai, China and offices in Amsterdam, Dubai & Cape Town.

You are responsible for the preparation and implementation of the sales plans and budget management; aiming to get the most out of existing markets and exploring new markets.

We Offer

Besides our activities in the region greater China. We are now expanding and professionalizing our Sales department on a Global scale and therefore need your support as well!

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Giving substance and input to Sales & Marketing;
Make custom fit quotations/proposals and negotiate contracts;
Visit clients, where/when needed;
Setting up and maintaining a general sales action plan, yearly;
Creating (and keeping up-to-date) an annual marketing plan and implement the action plan serving the marketing plan;
Maintaining and performing a concrete acquisition plan (for example, but not only, the sales call list), daily;
You are responsible for brand awareness within the target group (mainly Hotels, shopping malls, events locations and companies and the hospitality industry)
You initiate acquisition activities from themes, deals and shows/exhibition;
You perform and complete acquisitions over the telephone;
You know how to translate our clients’ concrete quotation, advice and assignments;
To the client, you are a valued, up to mark, interlocutor;
Pivotal role in acquiring and entering new markets;
Manage and support all assigned global sales departments & partners
Monitor and report weekly to the Management team
Achieve sales goals by for assigned regions supervising and mentoring Sales team
To be successful in this role, you should preferably have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas;
You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.
