High Level Teacher Assistants assist lead teachers in planning and implementing learning experiences that advance the intellectual, emotional, social and physical development of children within a safe, healthy learning environment. Must have minimum 1 years childcare/teaching related experience.
Other qualifications required include:
Ability to read and speak English proficiently
A sound understanding of all elements of the updated Early Years FoundationStage (EYFS) approach and understanding of the curriculum methodology, along with a framework understanding of how children learn in a play focused, centre based environment Understanding of child development, child safety protocols and the ability to construct and engage in a safe and stimulating environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent oral and written communication and presentational skills
Capability to interface and maintain effective relationships in a team-orientated environment.

Detail oriented, logical, and methodological approach to problem solving
Ability to plan and schedule the work of others
Flexible, with the ability to work in a highly demanding environment
Proficiency using word-processing system
Ability to communicate effectively with others, including giving and receiving feedback on quality services.
