The purpose of this role is to assist the Manager Holidays in activities related to operating and selling Air Arabia Holidays online/offline products and services to the various distribution channels (B2C; B2B), supporting the Content Suppliers, Agents network and assisting to Call – center in any customer’s requirements.
Key responsibilities:
Assisting Manager Holidays in operation process of Air Arabia Online Holidays B2C & B2B.
To act as a liaison person for Suppliers to contact when they have questions and any issues with the extranet system of Air Arabia Holidays;
Providing support to Suppliers in building the content information on the Air Arabia Holidays system;
Verify that the website has accurate information on hotels and pictures of newly registered hotels;
Delivering training to new Suppliers / partners on how to use Air Arabia Online Holidays’ extranet and rates & availability system;
Delivery training and timely support to Travel Agents and Call center Agents regarding the Air Arabia Holidays products and services;
Advise Suppliers regarding their Information on the Air Arabia website and how they can amend data with respect to supply, availability, specials, promotions;
Providing Suppliers with information and advice by mail and email, including follow-ups;
Looking after IT/System provider related tasks;
In consultation with the Manager Holidays, provide information support to Air Arabia Holidays for new Suppliers / Partners;
Liaise with Suppliers to ensure information is up to date;
Monitor the market rates and ensure the competitive ability of Air Arabia Holidays product;
Note – The role defined here is not exhaustive and duties and responsibilities in line with the job function may be added from time to time.
Key responsibilities:
Providing timely operations support to Suppliers.
Providing timely reports to Manager Holidays on the competitive ability of Suppliers.
Providing timely Holidays product & service up-dates to Sales Teams in terms of B2C and B2B channels.
Updating Manager Holidays on issues, challenges noncompetitive rates of Suppliers/Partners.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Essential – Degree holder.
Must be fluent (read, write, speak & translate) Arabic & English (skills in other languages is an advantage).
Must be proficient in all MS office programmes (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint)
Previous experience in a sales or marketing role is desirable.
