Must ave experience and a passion for working in Restaurants. Must have experience in a quality full service restaurant or comparable operation. You must be a great leader and employees naturally desire to work with you. The Outlet Supervisor will provide leadership and oversight for staff and implement property and restaurant policies and procedures for multiple food & beverage outlets.
Communicate with staff business activity
Assign zones or stations at beginning of shift
Assign side work and follow up to ensure side work is complete.
Constant training of staff.
Interact with guests, staff and managers.
Evaluation and discipline of employees with management presence.
Give feedback to managers.
Motivate staff to perform at top level.
Responsible for quality control of all foods and set ups.
Maintain upkeep of restaurant
Inspect and enforce standards at all times.
Ensure HACCP and food handling policies and laws are being followed at all times.
Enforce beverage and all cost controls in all areas.
Perform and assist in all positions supervised.
