Job Purpose

Responsible for editing documents and presentations, prepare and review JD’s of employees, entering and updating employee information into company databases. To Assist the HR & Admin Manager in the Implementation of the Human Resource Policies and Procedures to effectively deliver the department’s functions.

Principal Accountabilities
Ensure the timely completion of the monthly staff and labor payroll and employee benefits on manual and ERP based process, making sure of its accuracy and in compliance with the company policies and labor laws.
Complete and Maintain employee records on ERP HRMS to warrant the fast retrieval of necessary Human Resource Management Reports.
Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications.
Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Prepare JD’s for employees.
Update personal Files of employees.
Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for sourcing.
To assist the manager in the full spectrum of human resource management and related functions.
Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
Community initiatives programs – organizing and participation.
Prepare letters and Memos as per requirement.

Education : Bachelors in Business Administration (HR Preferred).
Work Experience : 2 to 4 Years.
Knowledge : MS Office, HRMS and ERP system.
Skills : Excellent communication , Team Player ,Detail & Result Oriented.
