Responsibilities: * RECRUITMENT
1.Responsible for following the end-to-end recruitment process
2.Oversee the recruitment and selection process
3. Ensure availability of Job Description is in the employee folder al time
4. Coordinate with recruitment agencies for labour manpower supply
5.Produce and post job advertisements on possible media recruitment sites
6. Maintain the recruitment system/database so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity.
7.Conduct direct candidate sourcing and screening, qualify suitable candidates and provide a short-list to the hiring manager/HOD.
8.Communicates & Follow up with Department Heads concerning status/application of candidates
9.Prepare Offer letter & complete employee file
10.Tracking Renewal and completion of contract/expiry date
1.Review & Update Process Map of HR Department
2.Monitors compliance training and efficiency rating
3.Update training records of Staff, create report & support in revising training programs as a result of Evaluation
4.Assist in arranging relevant training activities, Materials, maintain updates and consistency of data.
5.Regularly monitor & maintain reports & training activities. Compiles training support materials, handouts, feedback forms, questionnaire, training attendance& assist creation of formats
6.Coordinates schedule of training sessions & sending out pre- training information
7. Facilitate completion of training certificates & all other needed certification
1.Provide Reports on Expiry Dates of employees official documents provide employee history Reports & furnishing requests by employees
2.Retrieve All Attendance Related Reports, highlight to HOD Valid Absences/Medical certificate & reasons for Absences.
3.Data entry & Prepare Documentations for new hire/s.
4.Provide HOD Weekly Manpower Headcount Analysis.
5.Inclusion & Deletion Process of Noor Takaful Medical Insurance
6.Facilitate official documentations on Bank Account Opening & Closure.
7.Monitor HR Checklist & ensure completion of HR Files
8.Maintains a variety of employment files and records for the purpose of compiling pertinent employee information, ensuring accuracy of employee’s records, maintaining eligibility for position and complying with mandated requirements.

1. Supports HR & Administrative functions such as overseeing the Tasks Assignments of Office Boys & Reception
2.Responds to written and verbal inquiries from staff for the purpose of providing information with direct supervision from HOD.
3.Prepares Variety of reports and related documents to assist HR Officer & PRO accomplishing Human Resource Task/s
4.Assist PRO for the preparation of documents for Visa Processing and Labour Application of New Employees.
5. Facilitate the leave application of employees and other employee queries highlighting to HOD
6. Coordinate with the travel consultants for ticket quotation and issuance of tickets for the employees
7.Facilitating Bio-metrics Attendance Entry of New Hires
