THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

This position, supporting our MEA team, offers candidates with a proven track record of designing and implementing recruitment and talent development programs, the chance to foster a learning environment for the best talent in operations management consulting.

With demonstrated experience driving the HR agenda in a consulting environment, this opportunity requires your expertise to further enhance employee engagement and a strong sense of ownership among our team.

Your key responsibilities:
You will have responsibility for the people agenda including (but not limited to):

Delivering full service end to end recruitment aligned with business targets

Evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of the onboarding program

In concert with DSS leadership, planning, developing, and implementing capability development initiatives to further complement the business strategy

Providing direct consultative and strategic partnering to DSS senior leaders to maximize performance of the organization

Establishing and maintaining appropriate systems for measuring effectiveness of HR programs in driving organizational performance

Be the contact person for the business (and liaise with external vendors) regarding compensation, benefits, employment law, payroll and other associated HR tasks as necessary

Providing direct consultative and strategic partnering to DSS senior leaders to maximize performance of the organization

Articulating and translating HR needs in a way that enhances the overall impact of HR offerings

Providing practical, effective HR solutions for enhanced employee performance and business success

Qualifications

Your qualification profile

:

B.S./B.A. Degree with at least 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources

Human Resource experience in a consulting/professional services company with end-to-end recruiting experience is highly regarded

Proven experience with talent pipeline development

Demonstrated capability in talent development and talent management

Solid business acumen and the ability to translate HR needs and opportunities to bottom-line performance for the organization

Prior experience with HR analytics an advantage

Exceptional (verbal & written) communication skills

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, with proven collaboration and cross-cultural skills

Demonstrated skills and experience for effectively interacting with all levels of the organization
