Our Group is urgently looking for an HR Coordinator cum Administrator UAE experience in the same field is MANDATORY
UAE experience of 2 to 4 years with the HR department looking after recruitment, payroll and other HR functions.
PRO experience or experience coordinating w/ company’s PRO
Knowledge of Labor and Immigration laws If you possess the below, it will give your application an advantage:
Ability to speak and write in Arabic
Degree in Human Resources, Management or similar qualification Responsibilities as an HR Coordinator:
Manage the recruitment, selection and placement process. Oversee induction, orientation and on-boarding of new employees
Coordinate processing (application, renewal and cancellation) of visa, labour card, Emirates ID card, RERA ID etc. in coordination with current company PRO.
Preparing Offer Letter and Appointment Letter, updating and controlling employee personnel files and responsible for processing monthly payroll
Carry out separation procedures for termination & reporting and tracking of annual leave.
Maintain updated, secure and confidential HR file system.
Communicate HR/Admin Policies and ensure that all employees understand them. Make recommendations where appropriate regarding improvements to existing policies, procedures and systems.
Develop a good working relationship with other departments and all employees.
Represent the Manager in any government bodies regarding matters such as:
Inquiring, setting up, modifying and dissolving new and current companies
Handling disputes in Ministry of Labor, Dubai Land Department, Rental Committee, etc. Responsibilities as an Administrator:
Handle administrative works for the Real Estate arm of the Group, involving but not limited to:
Handling Agency Agreements / Developer Agreements which includes preparing documents, finalizing the contract and processing renewals if necessary
Handling Property Management which includes offering services to clients, finalizing the contract, coordinating w/ Landlord and Tenant, coordinating w/ Facilities Management and processing renewals if necessary
Coordinating w/ Managing Director in implementing necessary actions to monitor the performance of Real Estate Agents
Handling files of completed deals to ensure documentation are complete for the clearing process, which is mandatory before commissions are released
