Manage, mentor and develop sales team members
Responsible for international new hire onboarding and retention practices
Manage performance management and compensation programs for designated lines of business.
Support the seamless delivery of compliance, compensation and employee benefits related programs and initiatives.
Participate in and support development and execution of department goals, objectives, reports, system needs, records requirements, policies, and procedures. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and delivery of services performed.
Serve as a key resource on employee engagement, employee relations, outplacement, and exit interviewing.
Oversee and support the delivery of talent management programs; to include the resolution of complex employee relation issues
Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
2-3 years direct employee relations experience
Experience in real estate or property management industries is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication capability
Coaching and dispute resolution skills
Facilitation skills to execute training
working with international teams in different countries
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED6,000.00 to AED9,000.00 /month
Sales Management: 1 year (Preferred)
Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)
