Choithrams’ Group is currently seeking for an HR – Learning & Development Executive who is willing to be part of a dynamic, creative and results-oriented team. The Candidate must be willing to travel across GCC countries to implement the L&D programs.
Developing Instructional Design
Contributing to L&D plans and strategies
Maintaining and developing Learning Management System
Coordinating & implementing L&D activities and programs across GCC countries
Delivering or facilitating selected Training Sessions
Conducting learning evaluation and needs assessment (e.g. shop floor training audits, TNA & etc.)
Qualification & Work Experience:
With Bachelors in Human Resource/ Psychology/ Business Administration/ Communication Development /Adult Learning
With at least 2 years’ experience working in learning & development department
With commendable communication & presentation skills
With excellent Microsoft Office Skills and good understanding on learning management & E-Learning platforms

Can work with less supervision
Result Oriented & with attention to details
