After our recent launch in 2017 with 400+ agencies, we are looking to further build our team and require a HR Manager to handle all HR & recruitment efforts.
As an ideal candidate, you will be…
Able to independently draft & strategize our HR requirements, such as policies , performance management , training requirements , and staffing & recruitment ;
Able to implement & audit the above;
Able to establish KPIs & performance measurement tools to ensure constant development & growth of all HR deliverables.
We believe in skills and talent, however, there are also some technical requirements:
A bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field would be great, but is not essential ;
A few years of experience in a comparable position;
Outstanding communication skills in English and preferably Arabic ;
Ideally, you will have had exposure to the MENA region and digital / eCommerce businesses (specifically the UAE);
Most importantly, a passion for the recruitment, staffing & executive search industry!
