HiringHSE Inspectors with Construction or Civil Marine Construction Experience

Serve as the liaison between Corporate HSE and the site
Prepare & ensure HSE Plan, supporting procedures, work instructions are implemented at projects.
Update necessary information in project HSE plan when required.
Maintain HSE records to monitor compliance with the HSE requirements
Coordinate internal communications and relations with employees regarding HSE issues.
Ensure monthly HSE statistics are collated and reported in a timely manner.
Providing assistance, in activities such as Job Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessment, environmental monitoring and Incident investigation and analysis.
.Identify & coordinate HSE training needs for field & staffemployees anddevelop training materials for internal use.
Track and report project specific HSE performance measures/incident statistics as required by the Company and interested parties.
Experience: 3yrs and above in construction:

Diploma in Technical / Engineering field or equivalent with a t least 2 years experience in providing technical support to engineering projects, preferably within an HSE Department.
Qualification: Safety training certificate/ NEBOSH Mandatory.

Assist in developing company Safety Management System based on the requirements of OHSAS 18001.
