We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced HR Officer to join our growing operations.

Manage the entire on-boarding and induction process
Monitor all leave as per the Leave and Work Absence policy
Issue all required letters at the request of the employee (salary certificates, NOCs etc.)
Manage the HR personnel files
Issue written warnings as per the Discipline policy
Prepare all Final Settlements and ensure compliance of all exit procedures as per the Employee Exit policy
Manage the renewal of all Group insurance
Work in cooperation with management to ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant and operationally effective
Prepare the monthly payroll
Advise on employment law in relation to probation periods, family status, visa’s, labour cards, insurance etc.
Manage the Recruitment and Selection process
Manage the probation performance evaluation of all new employees as per the Probation policy
Manage the annual performance evaluations and KPIs as per the Performance Management and Rewards policy
Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures
Interpret and advise on the required labour laws and company policy and procedures
Maintain and ensure implementation of all HR related paperwork and filing
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Consistently monitor processes, systems and procedures to drive continuous improvement
Issue all required letters at the request of the employee (salary certificates, NOCs etc.)
Prepare all Final Settlements and ensure compliance of all exit procedures as per the Employee Exit policy
Manage all labour card and visa applications under DMCC by uploading all required documents to the DMCC portal
Manage the renewal of all DMCC licences
Coordinate with the PRO for the issuance of work permit, employment visa, stamping of visa and cancellation of visa (LLC)
Candidate Requirements

Relevant HR, management or business studies qualification
Professional HR certificate or membership is an advantage
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a similar role
Previous work experience in the UAE and Middle East is a must
Strong I.T. skills including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint
Provide high level of customer service to both internal and external customers. Prompt response to queries in writing or by telephone.
Ability to provide a high standard of administrative support. Able to implement administrative processes and pro-actively resolve problems.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Approachable and positive attitude
Excellent time management skills and able to work to strict deadlines
Fluent English language ability both spoken and written
Professional and smart appearance at all times
