Description

This role is key to the implementation of new sales and account managing existing clients. Your primary role will be to ensure efficient and effective implementation leading to swift go live and in line with revenue projections, set by the company. The role will cover the whole of the middle eastern regions and will include project scoping, administrative and project management support across a number of concurrent projects.

The position will focus on the general implementation and supporting clients that utilize our Strata and facilities solutions.

KEY FUNCTIONS

Provide all technical and mobilization support to the sales team
Mobilizing projects leading to billing within the required deadline (requirements gathering, mobilize, implement and go live)
Help develop new business within existing accounts and manage new accounts
Support and deliver training to ensure customers can use all the features the platform has to offer, including the base platform and new releases.
Become an expert in platform configuration.
Produce mobilization plans and monitor by providing management with on-time reports reflecting status and risks
Make recommendations for project delivery and where necessary, project recovery
Manage implementation roll-outs from start to finish.
Deliver training and support on our platforms
Work closely with the migrations team to ensure that client data is extracted and migrated timeously.

Previous Strata Software experience.
Software implementation experience.
Account Management Skills.
Key Competencies and Attributes and Requirements

Fluent in both English and Arabic.
Work well under pressure.
Be task and results orientated.
Ability to problem solve effectively and timeously.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Time management.
5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Excellent on-time customer care approach
Excellent written and communication skills
Must be prepared to work and think on own initiative and manage difficult situations with positive output
Excellent understanding of business and ability to develop a clear understanding of how to generate revenue from opportunities
Excellent planning, scheduling and reporting capabilities
Excellent understanding of business tools and cloud computing
Must be fluent in all MS applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Must be prepared to travel and spend time away from home base

Salary: AED15,000.00 to AED20,000.00 /month
