The position is a part of Inside Sales Team, requires excellent communications skills, methodicalness and focus.
Act as the company’s telesales expert approaching new and existing customers and offering the complete suite of ESET Security Solutions.
Constantly follow up renewals of assigned territory with partners & end customers
Expand on current customers by upselling and cross selling ESET Security Solutions.
Assist customers with requests for license merges, transfers and other renewal queries
Maintain channel partner and end user account information in company’s CRM system
Document and record all activity and communication with customers over telephone and email in the company’s CRM system.
Work closely with Channel Managers and channel partners to avoid conflicts and generate revenue.
Participate in products promotions and merchandising activities in shopping malls and retail stores
Drive growth of ESET’s online sales
Achieve and exceed revenue targets set by the company
A degree in a related discipline
Fluency in English (verbal & written)
2+ years relevant experience
Strong aptitude for learning sales methodologies and understanding how to utilize them
Understanding of subscription based software and renewals concept
Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed in order work successfully with prospects, customers, and cross functional teams
Understanding the differences among Vendor, Distributor, Reseller & End Customer
Working experience in an IT Distributor or Vendor
Previous experience with CRM systems
