We are looking to hire an Insurance Coordinator with background in Insurance, Bank ( Bank Assurance) in Dubai or India
Experience Life Insurance and Medical Insurance ( must be Indian)
1) Study Insurance Inquiry
2) Forwarding Inquiries to Insurance Companies for quotes.
3) Follow up with Insurance Companies and Clients for further requirements.
4) Evaluation, Comparison and Negotiations of quotations sent by the Insurance companies.
5) Visiting Insurance companies with regards to quotations and proposals if required.
6) Forwarding final quote to customer.
7) Issuing Policies from Insurance Companies after final approval of the customer.
8) Issuing motor/ travel / Home policies from the Portal access being provided to us.
9) Make a list of proposals that are received, Policies that have been issued and Also the list of Policies that require renewals.
10) Collect and Review Daily Activity Report from Sales Person
11) Review Weekly Activity Report.
12) Cross examine with Accounts department with regards to the policies issued.
