International Real Estate Consultant (Telesales)

We are looking to acquire another 6 telesales staff to our Dubai branch office. All applications must read the job advertisement carefully and be prepared to be called for a small interview. This job advert is for a telesales position in our Dubai office.

Job brief

We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representativesto contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships with new investors and established clients.

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with concerns and doubts.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Day to Day Responsibilities

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role – Minimum 3 years on the phone and working in telesales (Cold calling experience useful)
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent knowledge of English (URDU language is also very beneficial)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
Mini Summary:

We do not cold call.All prospects, leads, clients approach us through different forms of digital marketing & we follow up with calls to them.

We have a large database of enquiries and an in-house marketing department to generate all of our leads.

We will need at least 2 references from all applicants

This job is purely telephone based and you will be working from our office 10am-7pm Sunday / Thursday.

BRIC Group are a large, international master developer established since 1996 with projects all over the world. We are developing our own beach resort in Brazil and have investment products in the USA. You will be offering our real estate products to investors.

Full training will be given to the right candidates.

Residence Visa + Basic medical cover is provided

Basic salary is provided along with very high commissions (explained to successful applicants)
