Work on existing and new clients promoting the BRIC Group products
Develop yourself in terms of knowledge on the market and products that we offer. Although full training will be given to successful candidates this role requires you to grow and excel in learning the structures and products outside of office hours.
Ensure you meet and excel the required number of prospects per day.
Ensure business development through channel partners/agencies.
Researching the market and identifying new opportunities.
Grow a network through various forms
Working closely with other departments to develop new opportunities.
Identifying clients’ needs and providing them with tailored business proposals.
Working independently in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
Working to weekly and monthly sales targets.
Prospects and meets clients outside the sales office by scheduling meetings in a way that do not affect the sales centre operations
Conducts viewing for prospects
Completes other assigned tasks within given deadlines
Ensures compliance with the sales policies at all times
Customer Focus / Management:
Maintains and develops business with existing customers.
Handles all customers in a professional manner.
Follows-up with own customers for signing sales agreements.
Provides customers information on legalities of purchasing property through BRIC Group internationally
Promptly responds to all enquiries received.
Ensures high level of customer service.
Experience of sales, telesales, client relationship and overall deal making
Fluent in English
Degree or equivalent
Commercial mind-set, completely focused on the revenue and business expansion
Know-how of real estate business & telesales
*Minimum of 2 years telesales experience is mandatory. Please do not apply for this role without the minimal requirements. This is a telesales position offering a basic salary + high commissions
