The Role: The main role of the Inventory Coordinator position is to manage the availability and ageing of inventory in a selected group of retail stores based on sales trend / agreed range and promotional activities inputs provided by the merchandise manager.
Requirements The Profile
Maintain availability for the assigned stores in order to achieve the gross profit targets
Optimize stocks in the outlets by ensuring proactive Inter Branch Transfers ( IBT) to prevent lost sales
Manage Optimize, ODP forecast and NPI updating (IT systems) to ensure timely and precise replenishments.
Maintain the ageing of stock in the retail outlets as per set targets in order to minimize the stock obsolescence
Achieve the sales targets for the retail outlets
Achieve the Axiom Way scores by ensuring timely execution of all job tasks
The position works in close collaboration with the retail outlets and the warehouse Team. He / She is required to communicate effectively with the retail outlets and warehouse team to manage the stock availability as required by business
Should be a Graduate in any field
Minimum a year experience in the related field
Strong MS EXCEL working exposure.
Experience in the retail industry /electronics/ technology industry would be an advantage.
Strong positive attitude and a team player
Strong discipline and dedication to an organized work method.
Strong analysis capability.
Fluency in English
Availability to travel locally
