We are looking for Secretary cum Accountant (Filipina ONLY)
The ideal candidate must be:
– Expertise with QuickBooksand/or any other equivalent accounting software.
– Extensive knowledge of UAE VAT.
– Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and database management.
– Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills.
– Confidant, well dressed, presentable, team player, polite, self-motivated and energetic.
Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondences.
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
Maintaining databases, contacting clients and creating leads.
Preparing accounts and tax returns.
Preparing monthly payrolls and controlling income and expenditure.
Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, and financial statements.
Issuing quotations, LPO’s, invoices, and following-up payments.
1- Nine (9) working hours per day
2- Five (5) working days in a week
3- Two (2) days weekly off
4- Two (2) years employment visa
5- Annual paid vacation with flight tickets
