We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our Learning & Development department in the HR team for the duration of 3 months. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routine and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs and provide direct assistance to the Learning & Development Executive.
Perform administrative duties, maintain training files and online platforms, schedule training;
Communicate and follow up on training requirements with participants on behalf of the L&D Executive;
Assist in preparing information and development materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations;
Manage databases and input information, data, and records;
Update company calendars, organize meeting rooms;
Support the L&D Executive with HR priority projects;
Human Resource/ Organization Development degree or equivalent;
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel);
Design skills in PowerPoint will be beneficial;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Self-directed and able to work without supervision;
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
