Our client, a well-known institution, is currently looking for a Legal Personal Assistant who will be based in Dubai Industrial Park area in Dubai. In this role, you will be expected to provide secretarial support to a Senior Director and perform ad hoc general administration function. This includes but not limited to screening telephone calls, typing up documents, creating various reports using different tools, managing email of the manager, booking hotels and flights, liaising with partnered entities in relation to certain projects and others. You will also be expected to handle some legal documents.
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
A diploma / bachelor degree
With minimum 5 years of experience in supporting Senior Management
Have worked in a support function either in a legal department or law firm
Fluent in English and knowledge in Arabic language is a plus
Willing to work in Dubai Industrial Park
