Provide excellent customer service on a very personal and professional level to every call/email/communication from Louis Fourteen members, vendors, and team
Recruit and develop a collaborative relationship with our vendors and service providers, and nurture an environment where they can support our team and best service the members that we send to them
Keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
Reply to requests in a timely manner (and per requirements set by agreements with our partner banks regarding ring times, hold times and response times).
Specialized knowledge of the concierge industry and luxury brands
Strong organization skills
Outgoing yet discreet
Comfortable and confident in successfully handling tight deadlines and quick turnarounds in a creative way
Able to multitask and pay close attention to detail and work well under pressure
Team player with strong professional communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven and creative in approach to requests and challenges
Someone who takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, and Sales force * Well-versed in English and/or Arabic.
