Administrative Assistant and Graphic Designer
• Greeting and assisting visitors to the Institute, Answer and direct phone calls, Replying to emails or face to face enquiries.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the institute with respect to filing, records
keeping, Business Analysis Report, Enquiries database & Handling entire administrative Tasks effectively & on timely basis.
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts and emails, Handling Mass mailing and emailing IT course details to all enquiries without any delay.
• Organize and schedule Seminars, Workshops and counseling sessions for institute

• Using Variety of software packages, such as Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint to produce correspondence and documents, maintain records, spreadsheets and databases
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations and course videos for all Training courses and providing to respective superiors on given time frame.
• Recording and processing of invoices, Receipts and payments as required.
• To perform other administrative tasks like ensuring office cleanliness, payment of bills of electricity, water & telephone, proper working of office equipments (Computers, Printer, faxes and internet connection etc.)
