Development, implementation and execution of campaigns for complete customer life cycle including acquisition, loyalty & retention, cross sell/ up sell, VAS products using campaign management tools.
Design different offers to fulfill customer needs and achieve revenue targets by micro segmentation.
Develop segmented acquisition and retention tactics drive cross-selling and up-selling tactical campaigns.
Work with advance analytics solutions and cross-functional teams for different model building like behavior segmentation, value based segmentation, churn propensity model, incoming calling behaviors and usage patterns.
Campaign pre and post analysis and complete ROI of campaigns.
Design and implementation of trigger based & multi step campaigns to enhance company revenue by significant percentage.
Reporting and analysis of units sold regarding retention using.
Product life cycle management:
o Building Complete and comprehensive Value proposition campaigns for voice customers on both fixed and mobile by understanding current behavior and analyse existing trends on below product lines:
o Industry/Market competitiveness and Insights Analysis.
o Business Case and Economics.
o Business Requirement Specification gathering and Finalization.
o Product Life Cycle Development (Gating process)
o Product Ready for Launch.
o MARCOM (Sales Collaterals, ATL / BTL, Concept approach)
o GTM Plans and Sales push.
o Product Management and Performance Monitoring and Analysis (Revenue/Volume Of Activity [Gross Adds, Churn, migrations])
o Product Support and Training (after Launch Support, Customer Experience and driving technical and market strategic decisions)
