About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Marketing Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Marketing Manager MENAT lies within the European, Middle East and Africa Zone. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Head of Marketing for Kraft Heinz MEA business. Kraft Heinz is a truly unique company where ownership is valued and rewarded. We are looking for owners who are hungry to make a difference and take our key brands Heinz, Kraft and Planters to the next level. This regional role is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious marketing manager to sharpen their skills in Brand Development/Innovations in key markets.
In brief, you will be responsible for;
Developing the annual marketing plan to achieve targeted results.
Analyzing market & consumer insights and trends, and developing business opportunities for brands.
Brand Equity and Brand Mix development for all categories
Identify and prioritize market & consumer insights & trends in rolling out innovations.
Driving investment strategies and budget commitments behind brand strategies by country to ensure maximization of brand potential
Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or similar course;
7 years of working experience in brand management and experience leading teams
A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, MS Excel
A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
