Responsible for prospecting new membership leads through various sources, produce consistent monthly sales by enrolling prospective members in the club and participate actively in the member retention process by providing an enthusiastic level of service to all existing members and supports the Club, programs, staff and members.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assists in maintaining professional front desk and reception area.
Assists in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys.
Manage defined customer and lead base to achieve assigned sales and membership goals and objectives.
Manage lead generation from a variety of sources including: following up on calls, open houses, membership drives, community outreach and related gym activities.
Greets potential members and give escorted tours of the facility.
Presents memberships to potential new members.
Develops and maintains relationships with our members.
Motivate members and guests to begin a healthy lifestyle.
Answer questions and provides problem resolution while upholding the highest level of customer care.
Cultivates corporate leads in coordination with Corporate Marketing Manager
In coordination with the Club Manager and Sales Manager, develop and implement personal professional development plan: targeting development of key customers and meeting established sales quotas.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of gym services, competitors, marketing plans, strategies, programs, and promotions.
Maintain membership and sales reports as requested by the Club Manager and Sales Manager.
Will manage assigned budget and maintain and submit all required sales and expense records and reports.
Ensure total product knowledge regarding the benefits, facilities and services offered to effectively demonstrate the value of club membership
You will be required to attend training sessions as directed by management
To undertake any other duties commensurate with the position as designated by the line manager
