Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
Deliver information needed to complete accounting tasks, including invoicing, budget tracking and bookkeeping procedures.
Manage meetings, agendas, appointments and travel arrangements for the management.
Provide administrative support for operation’s team.
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner through the various methods such as emails, phone calls and company’s whats up application.
Prepare the filings for each participant in our JTC Trips as requested prior any scheduled trip.
Prepare the office for upcoming lectures/workshops prior any scheduled lectures/workshops
Assist in organising special functions and social events as requested by the management.
Manage the daily operation of the office as needed.
Keep track of various projects and initiatives issued by the management.
Organising the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
Maintaining the office condition and schedule necessary repairs/maintenance
Following up with JTC staff in terms of tasks delivery to make sure that things are performed on time.
