Requirements & Responsibility We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills. Experience of 1-2 years in the same or related field.

Smart, assertive, and organized
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments and routine functions
Advanced MS office skills with proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Words
Client support over the phone
Keeping records of client
Able to draft letters and correspondence.
Data entry and documentation
Mail Management
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
