URGENT!!! Dontworry.com urgently required an Office Manager who will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation.
Energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Must be familiar with all minutes of the work able to advise in a timely manner to benefit from his position in proximity to the Chairman/Managing Director in his guidance to the people who perform tasks to achieve the optimal results of work
Contribute to the implementation of the executive plan of the organization and assist the Chairman/Managing Director in the management and organization of work
Organize secretarial work and correspondence and maintain the confidentiality of information received by the Office of the Managing Director
Follow-up meetings called by the Chairman l and the organization of interviews and visits and meeting times
Provide a channel of communication between the Chairman/Managing Director and other Department In the Organization
He/she must have the confidence, the ability and the ability to deal with the emergency problems quickly and calmly, find solutions and provide the suggestions he deems appropriate to improve the performance of the work by paying attention to the details of the daily work .
The candidates for this position should possess the following skills:
1.Communication skills: Have strong communication skills with the manager and other executives inside or outside the institution, as it is the first point of contact by those who would like to meet with the Chairman. He/she should have the ability to screen all telephone calls and drafts or summaries of correspondence.
Technical Skills: It must have the skills of using office tools and equipment such as photocopiers, faxes, computers (MS Word) and various computer programs
Management skills: may be responsible for scheduling the program of invitations to conferences and meetings of the chairman, preparation of the conference room Or conferences and the processing of all necessary materials for the meeting of the participants.
Coordinate and manage customer relationships who have ongoing work with the organization.
BS/MS degree in Management or a related field
Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
