We are looking to fill the position with relevant experience and with qualified
Area of Responsibilities/Duties:
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, preparing supply requisitions, assigning and monitoring clerical functions
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
Receiving external calls from customer, suppliers or vendors and arranging those calls to designated personnel/departments.
Assisting operations department into day to day paperwork, reports and doing archiving to them.
Handling administration stuff that include airline tickets reservation, arrangement of hotel/accommodation, car rental, per diem to visitors, arrangement of transportation and other requirements based on work needs.
Giving hand to invoices and reports of jobs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Number of accurate monthly reports.
Cost control initiatives.
