We are looking for a positive energised individual to lead a Team responsible for managing Customer Service and operational support for all services provided by the City & Guilds Middle East and North African Office. You will provide clear leadership, motivation and mentoring to your Team, ensuring there is clear communication to and from all staff members. You will work closely with the Sales and Quality Teams in ensuring customer service and satisfaction is at the heart of the business and decision making processes. You will provide a high level of expertise and service in every Customer interaction and provide support in the administration and management of HR related issues and administrative support for legal and Project related deliverables.

About the role
We are looking for a confident Office Manager who can run the operational and customer service requirements for the Middle East region.

Experience in a Customer focussed environment with proven experience of developing and managing a successful Customer focused Team
Able to demonstrate an ability to be adaptable to changing demands while being strongly driven by process and the need to work on a process driven basis.
Possessing a flexible approach to respond to our business being diverse, being able to adapt to changing demands and ensuring process is followed and quality maintained.
You will need to have excellent English language skills (at C1 or above) and preferably Arabic language speaking skills too.
An understanding of the education environment and related work experience is desirable but not essential
