office secretary is required for an interior design company. at least 2 years GCC experience is required. should be expertly knowledgeable in MICROSOFT OFFICE specially word and excel. You would be responsible for performing clerical duties for the department.

The right candidate should be FEMALE, with fluency in English. Should be presentable, hard working, self motivated and have passion for success.

1. Greets visitors, answers phones, take messages, routes calls and follow-up, responds to inquiries and/or refer as appropriate.

2. Prepare routine and non-routine correspondence such as memos, letters, email and other correspondence as required.

3. Creates and maintains filing system.

4. Maintains office supply inventory.

5. Receives, sorts and distribute mail.

6. Operates a variety of office equipment such as a personal computer, printer, photocopier and scanner.

7. Managing the General Accounts and Petty cash of the company.

8. Followups on Client payments and overdue invoices
