Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation of work schedule for multiple sites allocating workers, sub contractors effectively for all the sites to ensure all sites runs smoothly to achieve the project completion deadline.
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations
Managing the projects in best practice and fulfill the organization’s objectives financially and non-financially.
Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
Excellent people manager, open to direction and +Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
Persuasive with details and facts
Delegate responsibilities effectively
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Leadership and organisational skills.Leadership, Drawings, MS Office, MS Project must
Have experience in Interior fit-outs, Minimum 5 years in Reputed Company .
Have knowledge in production and project management
